What type of vitamin supplement represents leafy green veggies?

I want to take vitamin supplements that represent the benefits and nutrients from leafy vegetables (Like spinach, arugula, that sort of thing). I heard B vitamins are the source. I’m currently taking a B vitamin complex, Is that the right vitamin?

Try taking a pill that covers the majority of vitamins. Then you won’t be so worried. Each vegetable contains different nutrients in different quantities. It would be extremely difficult to find one pill that suits the whole category you’re looking for.

leafy greens have a lot of vitamins, plus iron and calcium. Why not just eat the greens? They are healthy, and taste good.

    Just eat the leafy green.

Type in the leafy green you’re thinking of here:

Honestly. None. People think that just reproducing the vitamins from food in pill form will give the same benefits as eating the food. Sorry. Not true. Taking a pill isn’t the same as eating. Eat the veggies. You’ll get all the nutrients found in the pill as well as many others.
