what does vitamin e and fish oil do for you anyway. an is there anymore vitamins and stuff i should me taking to get healthier heart, skin, and hair
Live spirulina much better then dried. Drying kills 50% proteins, vitamins,carotenoids,unsaturated fat acids Omega3 and Omega6/ To eat live spirulina 10 times better then dried as fresh parsley bunch in comparison with hay truss.

I normally take it immediately after a meal but I forgot. So i took the supplement about 30 minutes after it was a vitamin c supplement and it just worries me since vitamins cause nausea. Is it anything to worry about?
