Your Ad Here I was looking into some vitamins to start taking and when you’re reading the descriptions they all sound good. I am wondering if taking a Centrum One-a-day multivitamin twice a day for added vitamins would be harmful, or just more beneficial. The bottle says it contains 100% of the daily values of 11 different vitamins and minerals, but would there be harm in getting 200% of the daily recommended amount of some of these? [...]

There are a lot of myths that people continue to perpetuate on here, such as the idea that vegetarians need to worry about getting "enough" protein, combining protein, getting "enough" calcium, etc. I’m wondering if I would be justified in reporting them when I see them? Don’t get me wrong. I realize that most of [...]

I take a combination of multivitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Which vitamins and minerals enhance the effect of others, and which should be taken apart, or "cancel out" the effects of the other (i.e. iron and calcium prevent absorption of each other if taken at the same time, vitamin e enhances absorption of selenium, etc.)? Antioxidant [...]
