Are antioxidants good while undergoing cancer treatment, or bad?

I understand the good that antioxidants can do, but in protecting cells, do they also protect the cancer cells themselves from destruction by chemotherapy/radiation? Are things like green tea extracts, mushroom extracts, etc. good or bad during standard cancer therapy? I’ve read things on both sides, showing both points of view.
