    Great vid. Do you know of a way to make almond milk without using a blender.

    The speed of the blades in the blender do damage the proteins and other nutrients.

    its best to use another method. Ive only just discovered this and am trying to find another way to make almond milk in a more gentle way.

    mmm that looks delicious but, i don’t understand why they’re always selling those “nutbags” on the raw food websites for then?? I mean, it lead me to believe I could never take on the extraordinary task of making almond milk.
