Is Vitamin E Safe Or Not !?

Ive always known Vitamin E to be the Skin Miracle but i never knew that early studies claimed that it had other benefits. Ive done a lot of research on Vitamin E Supplements and a lot of the main sources like American Heart Association, Medical MD, American Lung Association, and American Cancer Society are condemning Vitamin E even though the researchers are saying that the report on it is incomplete. Some are saying Vitamin E is good, some say it Does Nothing, and some say Its not good to take on a regular basis and can shorten life span. And That’s what they say about taking the supplements. They say nothing about if it’s good for applying on the skin or if it’s actually true that it is good for the skin i don’t even know any more ! So Whats Better? To take it internally or should be used for skin only. Skin Or Internal ! Or Neither What Do You Think ???

there is an account of dr. charles mayo returning from ama headquarters where he had reported the results of a study he had done in canada on vitamin e in relation to heart health. he told his friend, attending a party at his home, that they found that giving adults between 400 and 650 i.u. of e per day nearly eliminated their risk of heart attack. the friend asked him what the response was to this news at the ama. he said they told him," chuck, we already know this, but if this information got out, it would ruin the heart disease economy".

Doctors in todays day and age are idiots. Many will say you don’t need supplements because vitamins are in our food, etc etc. There was a study stating that foods today don’t contain as many vitamins as they used to because the way we process it. Vitamin E is good for the skin, just like anything, too much of a good thing can be bad. Moderation is the key for all things in life. Don’t believe any health organizations as they are all just puppets of the government and industry at large, due to all the lobbyist groups.

This link explains everything you wanted to know about vitamin E>>>

    http://jeffreydach.com/2008/12/05/vitamin-e-curse-or-blessing-by-jeffrey-dach-md.aspx

In a nutshell>>>There are two types of vitamin E. The natural vitamin E called tocotrienol and synthetic vitamin E called tocopherol. The natural form is safe, the synthetic form of vitamin E not so safe. The link goes through all the studies to support this. Despite this, studies still use the synthetic form of vitamin E…

"A sceptic might suggest that perhaps the synthetic form was intentionally used to insure failure and discredit vitamin E".

If you are looking to improve your skin or trying to reduce a scar, then yes vitamin E will work for you. Take a capsule break it open and put it on the area of your skin in question. It may take a couple weeks or so to see a difference. I do not recommend using it around the eyes however.
