How much Vitamin E pills should i take a day to get rid of a scar?
How much Vitamin E pills should i take a day to get rid of a scar. The doctor told me to take the pills but he didnt tell me how many to take. Im 6’0 155lbs and my guess was about 4 a day am i wrong.
you should put something on it. you dont need to spend a lot of money on pricey fancy name brands though, you can get some vitamin e oil or cream. Taking meds internally wont help a scar.
you should open the pill and squeeze the oil out onto your scar, or find straight vitamin e oil to apply topically. swallowing the vitamin e pill will not do a thing for your scar.
You put this on your scar. Puncture the end of the capsule (hopefully, it is a liquid-filled capsule) and rub it on the scar twice a day. You need to do this for several months before you notice an improvement.
