I guess I am curious whether you are using it as a preservative or as a nutrient. But either way I would say none.
The reason is that if youa re using it as a nutrient, really a dog should be getting nutritional value from the main diet. And if it is a preseravtive, well, how long do dog treats last? Unless you are selling them I wouldn’t add any.
    Hope that helps.

Edited to add: I checked out some commercial dog treat ingredients-they don’t add the tocopherals to the recipie, more like it is pre-added to the poultry fat. That makes siense since it is the fat that is likely to go rancid.
