That strategy would certainly help. Milk is good protein and good calcium and you need both of these to help your potential height growth.

Besides milk other good foods would be red meat and nuts and also bread and cereals for iron, zinc and magnesium.

A multivitamin supplement is intended to be a supplement to a healthy diet only and can never be a substitute for a healthy diet.

its terrific for his entire system. as for his growth, that will be determined by genetics- he will inherit his height from his parents, and there isn’t much you can do to change that, but drinking milk and taking vitamins will help to keep him healthy and strong.

    That’s ridiculous!

May lay off the milk a bit, maybe half of what you said and find some leaner, more potent forms of protein. Fish, lean beef and chicken. Green vegetables and fruits. Pills are ok, but no replacement for good food.

I saw a programme only last week on Australian TV where doctors said children should not be given multi vitamin tablets as they do no good and could do harm.
Go to your doctor who will recommend a good paediatrician for your son. That way he is getting top professional guidance and not useless remedies which may even be harmful.
