      No they don’t. They don’t work nearly as well as eating substances which are rich in flavenoids and other anti-oxidants naturally. It is much harder for the intestants to absorb nutrients in pillform than it is in the free-flowing and more or less liquid forms they occur naturally.

      Cocoa beans, colorful fruits, veggies and berries are principal sources of antioxidants.

      Anti-oxidants do nothing for you except prevent aging and deteriorating of various tissue cells by preventing the release and absorption of free radicals in oxygen.
