The real factor, of which anti-oxidants are only a lesser facet has to do with energy strength, or the strength of you EM fields and overall, for lack of a better word, voltage or chi strength. When the energy in your cells is strong, abundant, pure and flowing correctly throughout the body, health and longevity will result. When it’s not, sickness sets in over time. Anti-oxidants are working precisely because of electrons or “energy”. Chi is strongly related to Ionic (negative) energy.

Among the usual recommendations, she insisted that I quit my job immediately. This internist saw many early heart attacks in folks in my line of work.. Of the many cardiologists seen, all believed that a highly stressful job had nothing to do with the condition.
I miss that job and had to take a vow of poverty upon leaving, yet it was indeed very stressful. For several years I was undecided and wanted to believe the conventional wisdom and consensus, and ignored my hunch. I was lucky.

Something I came across last night was a video that claimed if you have low or no lipoprotein level, you could have high cholesterol and triglicerides and live long and healthy. I hope my mom went to a decent enough doctor to check that, she’ll find out in a week.

So many doctors are such pill-pushing half-truthers!

I imagine it’s beneficial at all ages, though probably moreso to those later in life. Then again, prevention’s easier than cure in many cases.

@miketonon I’m beginning whether any doctors actually know what they hell they’re talking about in most cases.

the color of the CoQ10 i take is forest green…now i’m confused. I was also told after the fact that i should only take 30-50 mg of CoQ10, but i had already purchased a couple of bottles of 100mg which is all the pharmacy offered. It’d be nice if all this stuff was a lot simpler. I’m just going to paint the gelcap yellowish-white and cut it in half and save the other half for later =)

People who are taking blood thinners have to be careful taking coQ10. Here is a good article that you could check out my twitter page at podcastbard for the link because we cannot post links here on YouTube.

Which is better CO Q10 or Ubuquinol for over people over 50 I am not clear . What do you take everyday COQ10 or Ubuquinol?
Your vitamins do not have USP Seal. Also your Co Q10 is 100 Mil. I would like to start at 30-50Mil to start. I have read some people get higher pulse rate with 100 Mil.
    ……………….
The salt lamps you sell are interesting on your web site I may buy one of them.

  25. mercola says:

@JaneRoth Ubiquinol is what you need after 50
