I would ask how they are measuring this. Was this ever done in a controlled clinical trial? My guess is that there is some anecdotal evidence that Centrum might somehow be good for your hair but not necessarily speeding growth.
Because this is sold as a supplement they can claim almost anything they want to. If it was sold as a drug such as Rogane they would have to prove it speeds hair growth via clinical trials.
