Can you buy a green tea supplement if you are under 18? HELP! PLEASE:)?
I have been taking Mega-T dietary supplement for a few days now and really like the effects it is having on me. It isn’t controlling my appetite nor have I felt any change in my appearance (I’ve actually gained weight since I’ve begun taking it 
) I do however notice a change in my energy. Struggling with insomnia and anemia my energy levels are….terrible. With this I am actually a normal teen.
So, question being…I am under 18, can I buy this supplement? I do believe it may be classified as a diet pill…but…it’s nothing like alli, or slimquick.

I heard though that you cannot buy diet pills (which it may be classified as) if you are under 18 (they don’t want to encourage the self-conscious teens to unhealthily drop the weight)

Yes, why wouldn’t you? You can go to the vitamin section of any drug/grocery store and get green t supplement, it is the same thing.
mega-T and all of those other weight loss drinks have guarana (caffine) in them which is why you have a lot of energy and can’t sleep. they have just plain green tea supplements that i’ve been taking with cinnamon supplements to help me lose weight but i haven’t really been monitoring my weight so i’m not sure how well they work. i would suggest either drinking 100% natural green tea or purchasing the natural supplements. i’m 16 but my mom payed for them but i’m sure you’ll be able to by them since they’re really more of a vitamin than a medicine.
