Can a daily vitamin supplement help or harm?

I am a vegetarian and have been for several years, but just recently my husband started to really bug me about how I should make sure to take a multivitamin everyday so I can stay healthy. I bought these women’s health vitamins, but I am reluctant to take them. I know taking too many vitamins IS bad for you, but what about just one vitamin a day? Will it help, do nothing or possibly harm?

    It will do your body good. Especially if your a vegan. It will help with your iron, which with out eating meat your body doesn’t get much.

    one a day shouldnt be bad
    just take the one you bought.. and then once u finish the bottle give vitamins a rest for a lil while. and then if you like it u can start again.

    Take one a day. Make sure you take it with either a full glass of water or a cup of citrus juice.

    HUSBAND TAKES 26 DIFFERENT KINDS EVERY DAY AND HE’S STILL GOING STRONG, HE’S GOING TO BE 80 THIS SPRING.

    Once a day is great! You should also consider calcium supplements and make sure the multivitamin you take has all the essential nutrients you need!
