Are vitamin supplements good?
I’ve heard that getting your vitamins from food rather than supplements is better for you, which makes sense. Does this mean that taking supplements isn’t as good? Like, is it a waste of my time to take a multivitamin every morning? I can’t get all my vitamins from food, so the only way to get them is from supplements, but do they actually work all that well? Do they make that big of a difference in your overall health and how you feel?
that is true.. its better to get it naturally..but vitamin supplements are for the millions of people that do not get enough vitamins and minerals from food alone. So yes in your case, you dont get enough from your food so it is a good idea for you to take a multivitamin. Vitamins are good for all sorts of things in your body..
Vitamin c:good for your metabolism.. immune system..helps absorb iron and blood cell formation
"B" vitamins (b1,2,3,6,folic acid, and b12) are all good for growth, energy, skin health, brain activity
vitamin A: good for your vision, growth, and tissue health (skin, intestines, and immune system
just to name a few…you can find more info on line
Diet should be you main way of getting your vitamins. But a multivitamin will fill the gaps in a good diet.
-Make sure you using a quality multi-vit, not all vitamins are equal!!!
-I personally use Dr. Weil’s supplements.
-Good luck

It isn’t best to supplement everything that is required, from medication. Then why is the source available in nature? Take as much as you can from vegetables and fruits. If at all you suffer from any deficiency in spite of it, it is advisable you take it as a supplement. Hope this answers your query.
try to get nutrients in a natural way from fruits etc…taking supplements may cause problem to the balance of the system
