Anti-Aging Supplements?

I was wondering if anyone of you have tried the supplements from Life Extension (http://www.lef.org). I’m interested in beginning alpha lipoic acid and coenzyme q supplements. If you haven’t heard about Life Extension, what other supplement brands are good? What other supplements (in addition to eating a balanced diet and exercise) do you take? Thanks :)
I am aware that aging is a natural and inevitable process. I am a nurse for crying out loud! lol… Thank you for your answer :)

Life extension has good products, but are overpriced.
    Yarrow is good too.
AlA and CoQ10 are good- these two will give you energy, especially if you take 100-400mg of coq10- you have to try and see what is right for you.
    pycnogenol
Wheatgrass and maca- you will be new person.
Acetly l’carnitine and phosphatidyl serine-600-1000mg.good brain clarity, and with the coq10 and ala good combination, but the phosphatidyl and coq10 are pricey, but worth it.

Those are good supplements to take. You will; however continue to age no matter what. There are no supplements that will slow or retard the aging process. If someone did find a way to do this they would be the recipient of the Nobel Prize.

You can actually slow down the aging process a bit with antioxidants which to some extent immobilise and destroy the free radicals that cause the aging process as well as cancer.

Antioxidant supplements such as citrus bioflavonoids are very useful and you can also get them in calcium ascorbate complexes which are vitamin C plus calcium and citrus bioflavonoids.
